Content Removal & Complaint Policy
Effective August 7, 2026
Caliente Hub Media LLC is committed to operating a lawful, consent-based site. This policy explains how anyone — whether or not they hold an account — can report content, request its removal, or file a complaint, and how we handle those requests. It applies to every video, image, and caption published here.
1. Who may submit a request
Anyone may submit a removal request or complaint, including:
- a person depicted in the content;
- the copyright or trademark owner, or their authorised agent;
- a parent, guardian, or legal representative acting on someone's behalf;
- any member of the public reporting content they believe is illegal or violates our rules.
2. How to submit
The fastest route is our content report & takedown form. You may also email complaints@calientehubxxx.com. Please include:
- the exact URL(s) of the content;
- a description of the issue (non-consensual, copyright, depicts a minor, incorrect information, or other);
- your name and a contact email so we can follow up;
- if you are the person depicted, a statement that you did not consent to the content or to its distribution.
3. Our process & timeframes
- Acknowledgement: we confirm receipt of every valid request within 7 business days.
- Review: the operator reviews the report and may contact you for further information.
- Action: content that violates this policy or the law is removed. Where a claim is credible but disputed, we disable access pending review.
- Outcome: we notify you of the result at the email you provided.
4. Non-consensual & illegal content — zero tolerance
We remove non-consensual intimate imagery on an expedited basis and do not require the reporter to be the copyright owner. Any content that appears to involve a minor, non-consent, coercion, or trafficking is removed immediately, preserved as required by law, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate authorities.
5. Copyright
Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA / Copyright Policy. We respond to valid notices, forward counter-notices where applicable, and terminate repeat infringers.
6. Appeals
If content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, appeal by emailing complaints@calientehubxxx.com with the original URL and an explanation. Content removed for legal reasons — suspected illegality or lack of consent — is not eligible for reinstatement.
7. Records
We log every complaint, the review steps taken, and the outcome, and retain those records in accordance with applicable law. We may share them with law enforcement and our payment processor when required.
