Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data needed to operate: account email, billing records via our processor (CCBill), and analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and referring source).

Device & approximate location. To understand our audience and prevent fraud, we automatically record technical signals your browser sends with each request: your IP address (from which we derive an approximate city/region), device type, operating system, browser, screen size, language, and timezone. This does not identify you personally.

Precise location (optional, consent-based). We never collect GPS-level location unless you explicitly grant it through your browser’s permission prompt — for example when using “creators near you.” You can decline, and you can revoke the permission at any time in your browser settings. If you allow it, we store the coordinate to power location features and aggregate analytics, and you may request its deletion at privacy@calientehubxxx.com.

Payment card data is handled entirely by CCBill and never touches our servers. Identity/age records are stored as encrypted hashes.

We use cookies for authentication and to remember your age confirmation and visitor session. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing privacy@calientehubxxx.com. We honor GDPR and applicable Latin American privacy regulations.
