Privacy Policy

The data controller for calientehubxxx.com is Caliente Hub Media LLC, 505 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, California 94111. We collect as little as we can get away with. This policy describes everything we actually store — not everything we might be permitted to.

What we collect

• Your email address and a hashed password. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes and cannot be read by us or recovered.
• Membership and payment records — which plan you bought, when it renews, and a transaction reference from our processor.
• A view count per scene. This is a total, not a per-person log. We do not build a viewing history against your account.

What we do not collect

We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers. We do not fingerprint your device, log your IP address for profiling, derive your location from it, or request GPS access. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone for marketing.

Payment data

All card processing is performed by CCBill, an authorised third-party processor. Card numbers never reach our servers, and we receive only a transaction reference and the outcome. CCBill's own privacy policy governs the data you provide to them at checkout.

Cookies

We set one cookie, ch_session, which keeps you signed in. It is httpOnly, and it carries nothing beyond your account identifier and role. Your age confirmation is stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to us. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Retention & your rights

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing privacy@calientehubxxx.com. We will action it promptly. Note that financial transaction records are retained for the period required by tax law and payment-network chargeback rules even after an account is closed — this is a legal obligation we cannot waive. We honour GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA requests.
