These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of calientehubxxx.com (the "Site"), operated by Caliente Hub Media LLC ("we", "us", the "operator"), 505 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, California 94111. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to access the Site, and you affirm that adult content is legal in your jurisdiction. This site is labelled RTA (Restricted to Adults) and complies with 18 U.S.C. §2257 — see our 2257 Statement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

3. Content & ownership

All content published on the Site is owned by or licensed to Caliente Hub Media LLC, which is the primary producer and is responsible for 18 U.S.C. §2257 record-keeping — see our 2257 Statement for the Custodian of Records. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream that content for private, non-commercial viewing only. You may not download, record, copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or resell any part of it. Sharing account credentials terminates your membership without refund.

4. Membership & billing

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each term until cancelled. Billing is handled by CCBill, our authorised third-party payment processor; your statement will show that processor's discreet descriptor rather than the name of this site. Card data never reaches our servers. You may cancel at any time — cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, charges are non-refundable.

5. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly forbidden and will result in termination:

• circumventing the paywall, or sharing credentials or content with non-members;
• scraping, mirroring, or re-uploading content elsewhere;
• attempting to identify, contact, or harass any performer;
• any use that is otherwise illegal in the jurisdictions we operate in.

6. Removal requests

Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA / Copyright Policy. To report or request removal of any content for any reason, see our Content Removal & Complaint Policy.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
