Terms & Conditions

Effective July 9, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CalienteHub (the "Platform"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to access the Platform, and you affirm that adult content is legal in your jurisdiction. All content is labeled RTA (Restricted to Adults). This site complies with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 — see our 2257 Statement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

3. Creators

Creators retain ownership of their content and grant CalienteHub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it while it remains on the Platform. Revenue is split 80% to the creator and 20% to CalienteHub. Payouts are made to the creator's Paxum wallet on a weekly cycle. Creators are the primary producers responsible for 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping and warrant that every performer in their content is 18 years of age or older and consented to its creation and distribution.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Billing is handled by our authorized third-party payment processor; your card statement will reflect that processor's descriptor. You may manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your account — cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, charges are non-refundable.

5. Prohibited content & conduct

The following are strictly forbidden and will be removed and reported to authorities:

  • any content involving minors or that sexualizes minors;
  • non-consensual content, including recording or distribution without consent;
  • content depicting coercion, trafficking, or non-consensual violence;
  • impersonation, harassment, or infringement of others' rights;
  • any content otherwise illegal in the jurisdictions we operate in.

6. Intellectual property & removal

Respect intellectual property and personal rights. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA / Copyright Policy. To report or request removal of any content, see our Content Removal & Complaint Policy.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalienteHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable law; the operator's governing jurisdiction is available to authorized authorities on request.
